Cleaning Your Wool Felt

What you’ll need

• Cool water
• A clean, soft cloth
• A small amount of mild soap (wool wash or baby shampoo)

How to clean

1. Lightly dampen a cloth with cool water.
2. Add a tiny amount of mild soap to the cloth.
3. Gently dab the marked area - do not rub, scrub, or soak.
4. Use a separate clean damp cloth to remove any soap residue.
5. Press gently with a dry towel to absorb excess moisture.
6. Allow the item to air dry naturally, away from direct sunlight or heat.

Important Care Notes

• Do not soak or submerge felt items
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry
• Avoid hot water, wringing, or friction
• Slight colour transfer may occur with darker shades. This is normal with hand-dyed wool
• Keep felt items dry and well ventilated
