Each order is packed with care from our studio in Northern NSW.

Processing Times

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

During launches, restocks, sales periods or holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Australia

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10.95 Australia-wide.

We also offer free standard shipping on orders over $130 AUD.

All orders are shipped with tracking through Australia Post.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location.

Regional and rural areas may experience slightly longer shipping times.

Please note delays can occasionally occur during busy periods, public holidays or weather events.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Hey Junii is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once parcels have been handed to Australia Post, delivery is outside of our control.

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Handmade with Care

Many of our products are handmade in small batches by artisans in Nepal using natural wool felt. Small variations are part of what makes each piece unique.
