Products & Handmade Variations
Our products are handmade in small batches using natural wool felt and other carefully selected materials.
Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, stitching and details may occur. These variations are considered part of the unique nature and charm of handmade products and are not considered faults.
We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, however colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
Product Safety
Many of our products are intended for decorative use or imaginative play.
Some products may contain small parts and may present a choking hazard. Unless otherwise stated, products are recommended for children aged 3 years and over.
Adult supervision is recommended during use.
Customers are responsible for regularly checking products for wear and tear and discontinuing use if damaged.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We reserve the right to change pricing, product descriptions, availability or discontinue products at any time without notice.
In the event of an error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed.
Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
As orders are often processed quickly, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations after purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website, however dispatch and delivery times are estimates only.
Hey Junii is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, weather events or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and proof of purchase.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations are not considered faults.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
